About us
INNOVATE is an engaging project aimed at helping European Vocational Enterprises (EVEs) stay on the path of development by enhancing their management skills through innovation as a new management paradigm. This innovative approach enables enterprises to adapt to changing organizational structures and environments, seize new opportunities, and enhance the expertise, skills, and creativity of their workforce.
Through this initiative, EVEs will gain the capacity to transition to innovation while integrating new processes. The main objective of the project is to find, create, test, and promote new methods to improve European Vocational Enterprises (EVEs) in today’s changing market, addressing challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and economic inflation. The pandemic has changed the way we live and work, highlighting the need for better management practices and adaptable methods that do not undermine business plans.
To cope with these changes, European Vocational Enterprises (EVEs), such as start-ups, small businesses, and vocational training providers, need to improve their management practices to match market needs and the rapid changes in today’s economy. By teaching people in EVEs about innovation management and its tools, they can enhance their operations and develop better, more innovative solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s labor market.
INNOVATE focuses on two main areas:
- Helping SMEs, startups, and VET providers improve their management practices for innovation, and effectively using innovation within their organizations.
- Helping managers and entrepreneurs become more innovative themselves, thereby fostering a more innovative environment within EVEs and the broader system.
Objectives:
- Link EVEs to innovation to increase the quality and resilience of the VET sector.
- Equip EVEs with innovative processes to better meet market needs.
- Transform management practices into more digitally supported innovative processes.
